How We Work
Our Process
We utilize the latest versions of AutoCAD and Chief Architect Premiere software for both 2D and 3D architectural design and drafting.
Conceptual Design Phase
The process begins with an initial consultation to discuss the needs and desires of the client and to identify some important considerations of the design. In the case of addition and remodeling projects, this step includes a detailed site survey of the existing conditions for the creation of as-built drawings. From this, one or more conceptual designs will be presented for consideration.

Project Development Phase
Once a conceptual design is selected, it will be developed further by adding additional information and specifications, plan views, and elevations as necessary to produce plans that are suitable for bids by contractors and material suppliers.

Construction Document Phase
Once the project development phase is finished, the design process will then be finalized by preparing a complete set of fully detailed CAD plans which will ultimately be used for permitting and construction.
